Catherine is a highly educated and deeply passionate winemaker. Born in Wimbledon England, Catherine was raised just outside Montreal, Canada. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, a Master of Science in Plant Physiology and a Graduate Diploma in Oenology from the University of Adelaide in Australia.
Catherine applied her extensive education in Australia and Canada gaining invaluable experience working as a crush labourer for Kirihill in the Clare Valley and with Inniskillin in Ontario, Canada. Two years later, she accepted her first job as an assistant winemaker for Willow Heights before working once again as a crush labourer under the tutelage of Bruce Nicholson at Jackson Triggs.
Today Catherine works as vineyard and winery assistant to winemaker Pascal Madevon at Osoyoos Larose. At Osoyoos Larose, Catherine balances her time between the vineyards and cellar, supervising and coordinating staff.
